Adam - We are on the home stretch for moving (no pun intended). We are going to continue packing up the last few odds and ends this week and looking to have the truck loaded by Friday night. Overall, this move is a huge improvement for us and it has been great to see it come together. That said, it has done a number on my routine. This week I am going to continue to work on normalizing my routine and not neglect rest while trying to get everything as it ought to be. 7.5 Hours of sleep is my goal along with some anti-screen time in the evening.

Dan - My apartment lease ends Aug 31st, so I'll probably have to decide by the end of June whether to re-sign or not. Trying to take this month to weigh out if I want to stay or leave NYC and have a month of staying put in the city to enjoy it before travel in July + August. I really want to weight it out thinking why I would be leaving, where I would go and not just leave because I can. My main goal is to be quite proactive this month, enjoying the city, getting on top of things I've been procrastinating as well as researching potential places to move. One other improvement goal I have is to be a little more focused on my side project and see it to launch by the end of the month. I'll need to dedicate some time each week, which I haven't done in the last couple months.

Colin R Colin - Read more. Signed up to Blinkist and so far it's doing a great job of letting me read books in bite-sized summaries. This way I can easily go through four or five books a day without trying too hard! Other than that, with the weather taking a turn for the better, I'm looking to spend more time outdoors, so planning to scout some quiet but sheltered outside working places. On a more whimsical note, having got bored of my facial hair pattern for the past few months, I'm hoping to settle on a new 'design' for the summer! :sunglasses:

Kat - So many things I want to try out or improve on! I think I'll settle on those for June:
  • Go to the gym 3 times a week when I'm in Bristol (which is till the 27th). For the last month I've had good weeks and weeks when I was away and didn't do any exercise, and I can definitely feel that it's taken its toll on my fitness level. I've accepted that I'll loose a bit of fitness over the summer as it's when I travel the most, but I want to make up for it whenever I'm in Bristol or somewhere where I can go to the gym. On the up side, I'll probably do a lot more cycling, rollerskating, swimming etc. which will help balance things out, and I'll build the strength back after the summer. I also feel that it's good to take a bit of a break from the gym over the summer (when I can do more outdoor activities) to not get too bored with it - I've been going non-stop for the past few months and having more weekly breaks from it now feels good :)
  • Cycle around Bristol at least twice a week
  • Go swimming at least once this month
  • Go to cafes in the mornings on non-gym days, to break up the day
  • Try to wake up and get right out of bed (no snoozing), and wake up every day no later than 9am (8am is the target)

Carolyn K Caro - Having hit 5 minutes in planchachallenge once, despite some days not even being able to hit 4, my new goal is to be able to hit it more consistently. I'd love to get to the point where I can hit 5 minutes in the morning, before anything else! I'm a far cry from that now so that'll be fun to focus on for May and June. Also, I've realized that I often don't even get to 1K steps in the course of a work day, so I've started taking laps around my apartment floor at least once in the day. This isn't much but it's a tiny bit of walking, better than nothing. :) Also, I'm moving / storing / traveling this month, so I'm excited to live out of a suitcase for a bit and re-remind myself how much "stuff" I *actually* need and use. :)
